A:		Our Toronto head office is located at: 50 East Wilmot Street Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 3Z3

Q:		I am not located in one of the stocking locations of PAPER ONLY. Can I still order my paper from PAPER ONLY?
A:		PAPER ONLY has been set up to service all areas of Canada from our five stocking locations, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto and Montreal. Customers located in the greater metropolitan area of these cities will be offered pricing that is delivered to their facility. Customers outside of this area either will qualify for a fixed delivery fee per skid or will be on a freight collect program. Please refer to the delivery zone under quick links or contact your PAPER ONLY Customer Support team to determine which program is applicable to you.

Q:		How do I order?
A:		If you already have a username and password, select the MyPaperOnly tab to begin ordering otherwise complete the enrollment form and upon approval you will receive your username and password via email

A:		MyPaperOnly is an online ordering system that allows organizations to manage their transaction needs with customized product folders, preferences, invoice history, management of users and more

Q:		How does my organization become a MyPaperOnly member?
A:		Fill out the enrollment form at MyPaperOnly. If you already have a Sales Representative, you may contact him or her directly.

Q:		How do I change my Membership profile?
A:		Log into MyPaperOnly and select My Preferences.
